David Hammer – President
Dr. David Hammer is professor emeritus in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Missouri. A Vietnam veteran who flew 100 combat missions as an A4 jet pilot, David was commissioned in the U.S. Marine Corps after he graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1968. David has dedicated himself to increasing public awareness of this problem and finding solutions for veterans and their families. He is a member of Broadway Christian Church and the father of two children.
Tim Carson – Treasurer
Dr. Tim Carson is currently the Senior Minister of Broadway Christian Church in Columbia, Missouri. During his ministerial career he has served four congregations and earned the Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Theology from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Tim is a certified EFT practitioner and through this work became passionate about working with those who has suffered with Post Traumatic Stress and Moral Injury. Tim is married and is the father of one daughter.
Chuck Basye – Member
Rep. Chuck Basye represents parts of Boone, Howard, Cooper and Randolph Counties (District 47) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2014. In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Basye is retired from Federal Aviation Administration. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1976-1980 and as an air traffic controller in Kansas City and Columbia, MO from 1984-2014. He joined All the Way Home’s Board in March 2017.
Sean McCollegan – Member
Sean is a motivated U.S. Army veteran who has excelled at owning and operating his construction businesses for the past ten years. He and his wife have two sons who keep them busy. In his spare time, Sean enjoys playing the guitar, running, swimming and barbecuing. He’s also active in the Crossing Church and is training for his first Olympic Distance Triathlon!
Heather Hargrove – Member
Following graduation from the University of Missouri Heather Hargrove worked on staff of the Missouri School Boards Association until she entered the hotel business, eventually becoming the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Select Executive Center. She now serves on the staff of KRCG radio. Heather has been extremely active in the Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Sunrise Southwest Rotary Club.
